This gondola lid is 3D printed capturing the look of fiberglass type lids seen on rail networks around North America. Finished in white, this model is ready to use from the package. Lid easily fits and stays on noted compatible railcars through four nubs on each underside corner. Model comes with pair of Tichy 18" drop style grab irons, accessory placement guide, and pack of "Short" type locks based on researched prototype. "Tall" type locks are available separately if wishing to change from style provided and found in (Railcar Covers & Lids Section). 

Our first release of lids will be followed by future offerings to cover the open top gondola & hopper market. 

Important notes:

 ** Lids while 3d printed are hand finished for the highest quality in batch process. Please expect 5-7 days before shipping due to production process ** 

** Do not expose directly to heat source or sunlight - model is made from PLA type material and will become soft and warp. **

** Railcar not included in kit **
