This is a Lionel 16724 Mickey and Friends Submarine Car. It features an operating submarine (it will float in a bathtub) with Disney characters looking out through 3 very large portholes printed on the side of the Submarine. This car features plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles.
